Range of volume goes from 0,2ml to 50ml. Our modular moulds, with up to 50 cavities, allow a great variety of shapes with the possibility of special embossing or space for labelling. Different formats can be easily produced with the same mould, for example 2 – 5 – 10 ml. SYFPAC® SVP is suitable for single doses, as well as multidose containers.
The compact size of the machine allows for reduced clean room dimensions of only 36 sqm, where only class C or D is required. There is also the option for Ultraclean technology, which separates black and white areas of the room to further decrease the dimensions requirements.
SYFPAC® SVP machine can reach up to 16.000 units per hour and can be later upgraded to produce up to 25.000 uph, with no increase on clean room requirements. Suitable for mass production, the machine can work 24/7. Its robust construction, together with its smart preventive maintenance program, prevents failures and unexpected expensive maintenance.
The possibility to work with either PP, PE or HDPE enables to pack a wide range of formulations, and gives to BFS vials/ampoules an optimal resistance to terminal sterilization as well as an excellent stability of product and shelf-life. Containers can range from very rigid to lightweight, from transparent to opaque, depending on the product requirements. The machine features a precise parison thickness control, which decreases plastic consumption by up to 30% compared to traditional machines. Vial squeezability is also improved, providing a better usability.
SYFPAC® SVP is suitable for filling solutions from 4°C to 30°C and it can be specially designed for heat-sensitive products like vaccines and biologicals. It can also adapt to fill solutions with higher viscosities and possible foaming, and recirculation systems can be designed for suspensions.
MASEP TRIMMING UNIT
The optional unit MASEP can be added for cutting, trimming and separation in single vials or smaller blocks of units.
INERT GAS FILLING
Nitrogen or inert gas atmosphere inside the vial can be added as an optional.
GRADE A AREA
Filling area is equipped with Hepa filters to reduce airborne particles, and it is provided with port for particle monitoring.
USER FRIENDLY HMI
The machine HMI is designed to be user friendly and intuitive, while also following the requirements of CFR 21 for data integrity.
VOLUMES AND OUTPUT
Different volumes can be produced in the same machine. For example, 0.2ml to 10ml with the highest output of 17000 to 15000 units per hour.
AUTOMATIC CIP & SIP
Cleaning In Place, Sterilization In Place, drying, and integrity test are performed automatically.
ADVANCED MAINTENANCE TRACKING
The machine automatically keeps track of the necessary maintenance based on work hours and cycles. The operator is then notified via the HMI.
