Sacca standard

Standard Bag

BAGPAC 460   - effettua automaticamente :

·    Sbobinatura del film, con avanzamento della lunghezza desiderata e termosaldatura del  perimetro  sacca.

·       Sbobinatura del tubetto, taglio della lunghezza desiderata ed inserimento tubetti  sulla sacca e saldatura.

·       Chiusura della parte finale dei tubetti a mezzo ultrasuoni o con l'inserimento di un connettore (punto iniezione o cono frattura).

·    Foratura anello per sostegno della sacca.

·    Stampa della  etichetta sulla sacca.

·    Separazione delle sacche.

·    Impilatura delle sacche

BAGPAC  460   - automatically:

·       Unwinds the film from the spool, advances the desired film length and seals the film around the edges to make Bags

·       Unwinds the tube from the spool, cut tubes of to desired length for formation of ports of the bag,  inserts  and seal these tubes. 

·       Closes one or more port tubes by ultrasonic welding and /or by inserting suitable port closure like injection point, or a breakable cone.

·       Perforates the bag at the bottom end for hanging.

·       Prints the label on the bags .

·       Separats  the bags.

·    stacks  the bags.
