Graduated
multicavity molds in AISI stainless steels and special bronze alloys, with
advanced cooling and vacuum circuits machined within the mold, enable the
production of uniform packages with long mold life. Insert are provided
for batch coding and company logo.
Judicious use of
pharmaceutically compatible materials and self-lubricating parts ensures a
sanitized machine for use in pharmaceutical clean rooms to fill even
corrosive solutions and guarantees an optimal performance as well! The ergonomical
layout of standard reliable components gives easy access for maintenance
and cleaning purposes. A vacuum generator and an automatic deflashing
device are incorporated within the machine. The hydraulic system is
provided with electronically regulated proportional control valves for
smoother operations.
