CYNOPAC is a special machine developed for high speed packaging of Cynoacrylate or Octyl Cynoacrylate adhesives for medical and non medical applications.

It is possible to package Cynoacrylate based adhesives aseptically for wound care using CYNOPAC Aseptic version. It is well known fact that Cynoacrylic Adhesives polymerise within few seconds and very special filling equipment is needed which uses compatible materials for a reliable and repeatable performance of a high speed packaging.

CYNOPAC can reliably and automatically package from 0,25 ml up to 2 ml of fast polymerising adhesives at a speed of 16.000 containers per hour with following line configuration:

• Production of empty container from compatible plastic granules
• Tampon printing of the empty containers
• Filling of the containers
• Sealing and trimming of the containers
• Secondary packaging in pouch
