The necessity for a clear,
flexible and self-collapsible container, with the possibility of applying
multiple dispensing ports to the container, initiated development of the
Bagpac system to realize empty bags in a clean environment using PVC free
modern film compatible with Intravenous fluid and a large number of other
fluids used in the medical field. The system enables unwinding of the film
spool under clean air flow, discharging of the static electrical charge
from the film and consequently sealing of the films around the edges to
form bags of desired size.

Simultaneously, the system also enables unwinding of the spool of the tube for the ports and cutting the tube to the desired length for the bags ports. In successive steps the system allows placement and welding of the port tube with the bag and closing one or more ports with the desired closure such as a breakable cone. In the subsequent steps the BAGPAC system enables perforation of the bags at the lower edge to allow hanging of the bags, and thereafter the bags are separated and piled up in a stack. The system can also allow for additional functions such as printing the bags.
